I’m a stretch therapist and yoga instructor who loves helping people feel good in their bodies and I’m passionate about movement, connection, and wellness.

As a lifelong athlete turned desk-job veteran, I’ve felt the toll that tight hips, stiff shoulders, and daily stress can take on the body. Stretching and yoga have been life-changing for me—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and it’s that transformation that inspired me to dive deeper and start helping others.

I’m a certified Level One Fascia Stretch Therapist, a LifeStretch Certified Instructor, and a 200-hour Yoga Instructor. With this blend of training, I offer a holistic approach to mobility, flexibility, and wellness.

3. What style or type of yoga do you offer?

I am trained in Hatha Yoga, a practice that emphasizes aligning the body and calming the mind through a series of deliberate, slower-paced postures, making it an accessible approach for beginners. I am also working toward completing my training to teach Restorative Yoga, with the goal of certification by Spring 2025.

4. Where can you find me?

I am based in Kingston, Ontario, and also travel throughout the province to participate in pickleball tournaments. Please feel free to reach out if you would like me to attend or support your event.

5. How is it different from massage?

Massage and FST both support mobility, but they work differently. FST is a gentle, pain-free, assisted stretch. Instead of forcing movement or pushing into discomfort, FST eases the body into a greater range—without triggering tension or pain.

It’s a great option for anyone who’s sensitive to manual therapies or tired of treatments that hurt to be effective. In FST, there’s no need to push through pain to see results.

6. What should I wear to my FST session?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in—like yoga pants, leggings, or athletic wear. Avoid anything too loose, bulky, or with zippers or buttons, as you’ll be moving on the table throughout the session.

7. How is FST different from regular stretching or yoga?

Unlike traditional stretching or yoga, FST is performed on a treatment table with the help of a certified practitioner. It targets the fascia and joint capsules through gentle, assisted movement, often reaching areas that self-stretching can't. You stay completely relaxed while I do the work, making it both effective and incredibly restorative.
