I’m a stretch therapist and yoga instructor who loves helping people feel good in their bodies and I’m passionate about movement, connection, and wellness.
As a lifelong athlete turned desk-job veteran, I’ve felt the toll that tight hips, stiff shoulders, and daily stress can take on the body. Stretching and yoga have been life-changing for me—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and it’s that transformation that inspired me to dive deeper and start helping others.
I’m a certified Level One Fascia Stretch Therapist, a LifeStretch Certified Instructor, and a 200-hour Yoga Instructor. With this blend of training, I offer a holistic approach to mobility, flexibility, and wellness.
